Ingredients:
- 1 kg sauerkraut
- 1 boiled red beet
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- green dill
Preparation:
Lightly squeeze the cabbage from the juice. Peel the beetroot and grate it on a coarse grater. Mix the oil with mayonnaise, combine with the cabbage and beetroot. Put on a platter and sprinkle green dill on the edges.
